How to cancel, return items and get a refund from Revira. This policy sits alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.

Cancellation (cooling-off)

For most items bought online you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and then return the goods within a further 14 days, for a refund. To cancel, email support@censurres.shop with your order reference. Members on the Restore tier receive an extended returns window as described in membership.

Condition of returned items

• Items must be unused, complete with all kit contents, and in resalable condition with any packaging.
• We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Hygiene and safety exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once used or once any seal is broken, because they directly contact waste, drains or the body. These include toilet brushes and holders, drain unblockers, cleaning gloves, lint rollers and pet-hair rollers. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Battery-powered items

Items containing batteries must be returned following the safe-transport guidance we provide; certain destinations restrict returns of battery items by air. Contact us before returning a battery item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

• If an item arrives damaged, faulty or with parts missing, contact us within 30 days with your order reference and photos.
• We will arrange a replacement, a repair where appropriate, or a refund, and cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage and we recommend a tracked service, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return cost.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or your cancellation, whichever is applicable. Refunds are processed by our payment provider; Revira never holds your full card details.

Membership refunds

Membership is a subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; the current period is non-refundable except where required by law. Membership is not stored value and cannot be cashed out.
