These terms govern your use of censurres.shop and any purchase of products or membership from CENTRAL SURFACE RESTORATION LIMITED ("Revira"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are and what we sell
Revira is the retail brand of CENTRAL SURFACE RESTORATION LIMITED, registered office 8 Wallace Place Cambusbarron, FK7 9PB, Scotland, United Kingdom. We sell physical home surface-care and fabric-care tools and an optional membership subscription. We do not sell managed cleaning chemicals, and we do not carry out, arrange or subcontract any cleaning, restoration, repair or on-site work.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to create an account, and customers aged 13–17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are shown and charged in USD and may exclude taxes, duties and shipping shown at checkout.
- An order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any payment taken.
- Product descriptions, kit contents and images are provided in good faith; minor variations in tool design or colour may occur.
Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure hosted page. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Your card statement will show the descriptor REVIRA.
Membership subscriptions
- Membership (Refresh or Restore) is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly until cancelled.
- Membership provides discounts, shipping benefits and priority service on top of normal per-item pricing. It is not points, credit or stored value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Benefits apply for the current billing period and do not carry over. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
Safe use of the tools
You agree to use the tools safely and as intended, and to read our Product Safety & Disclaimer. Some tools can scratch delicate surfaces or cause injury if misused. You are responsible for testing on a hidden area first and for following the safety data sheet of any cleaner you add yourself.
Acceptable use
Your use of the site is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use the products for unlawful or unsafe purposes.
Intellectual property
The Revira name, site content and product photography are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for damage caused by misuse of the tools.
Consumer rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of Scotland, without affecting your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
