How Revira ships your tool kits, including timescales, costs, customs and battery restrictions. All prices are in USD.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most destinations. Some items containing batteries cannot be shipped to every country due to air-transport rules; where that applies, the restriction is noted and the item will not be offered for delivery to that destination.
Processing and dispatch
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Restore members receive priority stock and dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation and, once shipped, tracking where the carrier provides it.
Delivery times
Typical delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary in peak periods.
Shipping costs
- A flat standard shipping rate is shown at checkout, priced in USD.
- Refresh members qualify for free standard shipping above a threshold; Restore members qualify for free shipping with no minimum.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.
Battery items
Battery-powered tools (such as an electric fabric shaver) are shipped in line with dangerous-goods and air transport rules. Certain destinations and delivery methods are not available for these items, and lithium batteries must be recycled according to your local regulations.
Address accuracy, delays and lost parcels
- Please check your delivery address; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
- If a parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate or appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
Damaged or missing on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order reference. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
